What ages do you accept?
We welcome children from 3 months to 5 years old.
What are your opening hours?
7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, for our Serpentin and Tambourin locations, and from 7:15 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. for our Mon Petit Édouard location.
How do you manage food allergies?
Your child’s food safety is our priority. Upon admission, you will need to provide us with an allergy action plan signed by your child’s doctor. Our team is trained in emergency protocols (including the use of an EpiPen if necessary), and menus are individually adapted for each child with dietary restrictions.
What is the reduced contribution?
The rate is set by the Government of Quebec based on family income. The contribution can be as low as $0/day for low-income families and varies up to the non-subsidized rate. Please consult the Revenu Québec website to estimate your contribution.
Can I visit before registering?
Absolutely! We encourage parents to visit our facilities before admission. You can schedule a guided tour by contacting us via the form below or by phone.
How can we reach you in case of emergency?
To report an absence, please call us or send a message before 7:30 a.m. on the day concerned. In case of an emergency during opening hours, contact management directly at the CPE’s main phone number. For any other request, the contact form on this page will be answered within 1 to 2 business days.
